I guess blog mania has officially entered our household! Every day I'm getting another link to a friend's new blogspot, and I have to admit that I really enjoy reading them! So I guess I'll join the ranks, although I'm asking myself with every word, "What in the WORLD am I doing???"
It's really hard to stay connected these days. It's a struggle, as a mom of such a young kid, to stay connected in the adult world. I can't get enough time with friends. I miss those days in college or high school when there were no real responsibilities, and you could just sit around with friends for hours and really connect. No deadlines, no errands to run, no nap times to stick to, no meals to prepare. Just time to talk.....time to be deep, shallow, silly, serious, creative, and just encouraged. I guess the blog is the modern day answer to having those kind of conversations when it seems there isn't the time to get together in person to have them! I've enjoyed reading your thoughts...I hope you enjoy reading mine!
